PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sec. 5, the Fitchburg Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed amendments to the Fitchburg Zoning Ordinance:

Amend the Fitchburg Zoning Ordinance as part of Phase I of an Ordinance update to make clarifications in the Table of Principal Uses, remove internal inconsistencies and conflicts with state law, clarify definitions, make procedural changes, and to set the foundation for the more comprehensive changes that will take place in Phase 11.

The Planning Board Public Hearing on this and 'other hearings will be on:
Tuesday, February 11, 2019 starting at 6:00 p.m.
at the Fitchburg Fire Headquarters located at 33 North St.
in the Community Room (lower level).

Please note that items on the Planning Board's agenda may be taken out of order at the Board's discretion

The proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment will be on the City's website and copies
are available for review weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Community Development Dept., Fitchburg Municipal Offices, 166 Boulder Dr., Suite 102.
All interested persons are invited to attend or submit written comments in advance of the public hearing.
